Today Monsanto Co (NYSE:MON) increased its 2008 outlook. Earnings for the 2008 non-GAAP increased from previously forecasted $2.70-$2.80 a share to $3.15-$3.25 a share. The company projects 2008 earnings of $3.38-$3.48 a share. 2Q forecasted earnings were also increased from $1.35 a share on average to $1.75 a share or $1.98 a share.
