Shares of Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISLE) are down slightly today following the company's announcement yesterday that it has reached an agreement to acquire the remaining interest in Isle of Capri-Black Hawk LLC. Isle of Capri Casinos currently owns 57 percent of Black Hawk, with the remaining 43 percent held by an affiliate of Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc.
