Rumors continue to swirl ahead of the Wireless Enterprise Symposium (WES) beginning next week in Orlando where BlackBerry maker Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) may unveil new handsets. While gadget enthusiasts are already expecting the May release of the BlackBerry 9630, codenamed Niagara, some are now speculating that RIM will also unveil the Apex, a 3G flip phone BlackBerry that will also be made available through Verizon. The Apex may be an improvement to the BlackBerry Pearl, RIM's other flip model that received a somewhat lukewarm response.
