Canadian wireless company Rogers Communications (NYSE:RCI) has launched the Wireless Box Office application, allowing subscribers to instantly purchase tickets to selected concerts. The arrangement with Live Nation (NYSE:LYV) allows users to buy tickets and show up to the concert with just their phone, and are sometimes even allowed access to an exclusive entrance for Wireless Box Office tickets, which are scanned directly from the mobile device. To access the service on your phone, simply start the Rogers WAP browser, click Ringtones & More, then select Wireless Box Office.
