Wednesday, Wyeth Corp. (NYSE:WYE) reported that third-quarter net income was $1.14 billion, or 84 cents per share compared to $1.15 billion, or 84 cents per share. Revenue for the quarter was $5.83 billion, compared to $5.62 billion in the year-ago period.
