Friday Morning, leading aerospace firm The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) said they were in the middle of an acquisition agreement to purchase California-based Tapestry Solutions. Tapestry Solutions uses software systems related to tracking and distribution to more efficiently oversee assets and distribution of equipment. Currently no terms have been set for the transaction. Shares of Boeing were up 86 cents to $58.28 in morning trading.
