Late Friday, Lydall Inc. (NYSE:LDL) said it had finalized the sale of its subsidiary Lydall Transport, Ltd. Lydall Transport specializes as a transport, distribution, and warehousing business. The $3.6 million transaction gives LTL Acquisition ownership rights to the subsidiary. At the end of the day Friday, September 19, shares of Lydall were trading up 4.29 percent at $10.21.
