Tuesday evening, Delaware-based Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), an electronics supply and distribution company, announced their acquisition of C-88 AS for $3.5 million. Based in Denmark, C-88 AS is a leading electronic components distributor. The move is expected to help expand Nu Horizons position in the European market. Shares of Nu Horizons were down 3 cents to $4.57 at the end of the day.
