After market close Tuesday, Tenaris S.A. (NYSE:TS), a manufacturing company that specializes in the production of steel tubes for energy and industrial needs, announced a $1.6 billion investment in a new steel rolling mill. Tenaris projects the mill to be operational by 2011 and says their annual production will increase by 450,000 tons. Shares of Tenaris were down 7.22 percent to $50.74 at the close of the market.
