3/12/2010- CF Industries (NYSE:CF) shares are trading 4.8% lower at $95.75 after the company's rival suitors said they were no longer pursuing the acquisition of Terra Industries (NYSE:TRA).
Both Agrium (NYSE:AGU) and Yara International (NASDAQ:YARIY) said they are no longer looking to acquire Terra.
