Staples Boosts Quarterly Dividend by 9% to $0.09 (SPLS)

3/9/2010-Shortly following Tuesday's close, Staples (NASDAQ:SPLS) raised its dividend by 9% to $0.09 per common share from $0.0825 per share in the previous quarter.
On an annualized basis, the quarterly dividend is equal to $0.36 per share from $0.33 per share in 2009.
The dividend is payable to shareholders of record on March 26, 2010.
