12/2/2009 - Hospira, Inc. (NYSE:HSP) announced that it has acquired TheraDoc, which is a clinical informatics company that develops hospital surveillance systems. TheraDoc's leading products, Infection Control Assistant (TM) and Antibiotic Assistant(TM), will join Hospira's expanding portfolio of medication safety and infection management products.
