12/2/2009-Shares of ExpressJet Airlines (NYSE:XJT) may trade in volatile action Wednesday following news that the carrier's CEO will leave for a birth at American Airlines (NYSE:AMR) as senior vice president starting January 1st.
James Ream will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and engineering at American, and will be replacing Carmine Romano, who is retiring after 41 years at Texas-based AMR Corp.
ExpressJet named board member T. Patrick Kelly as its interim CEO.
