11/20/2009 - LDK Solar (NYSE:LDK) announced that it completed the sale of a 15% stake in its polysilicon plant to Jiangzi International Trust and Investment. The company sold the stake for RMB 1.5 billion. Earlier in the week, LDK Solar said that the sale of the stake would strengthen its financial position and increase its operating flexibility in the short term, according to an AP report.
