11/20/2009-Nokia Corp. (NYSE:NOK), the world's largest handset maker, announced Friday that it was eliminating about 330 jobs in its research and development operations.
Nokia said the layoffs would affect 230 employees at its Oulu Finland site and 100 at its Copenhagen site, and it represents approximately 2% of its R&D staff.
