11/18/2009-Goldman Sachs cut shares of Target (NYSE:TGT) from its Conviction Buy list, and lowered its rating to Neutral citing concerns that Wal-Mart's (NYSE:WMT) aggressive discounting may result in pressures over its competitors margins.

"Wal-Mart has already turned up the heat with all stores open on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday promotions launching one week earlier," Goldman said, which may likely "pressure its competitors' sales and margins as they are forced to respond."
