11/6/2009 - Pennsylvania state utility regulators approved Windstream Corp. (NYSE:WIN) acquisition of D&E Communications Inc. (NASDAQ:DECC), according to an AP report. The transaction is expected to give customers better service and more stable prices. Windstream agreed in May to buy D&E for $159 million in stock and cash.
