Leap Wireless Names 3 New Board Members (LEAP) - 11/3/2009 4:18:29 PM

11/3/2009 - Leap Wireless International Inc. (NASDAQ:LEAP) said on Tuesday that is has appointed three new directors to its board. The three new members include John Chapple, Ronald Kramer, and William Roper, Jr. The board now has eight members. Chapple is president of Hawkeye Investments LLC and a former CEO of Nextel Partners. Kramer is CEO of Griffon Corp and has been president of Wynn Resorts Ltd. Roper is president of Roper Capital Co. and is the former CEO of VeriSign Inc.
