9/30/2009 - Gannett (NYSE:GCI) said Wednesday that it will boost its most recent offering of notes to $500 million from $400 million. The company will now offer $250 million in 8.75% notes due 2014 at about 98.465 percent of face value, and $250 million in 9.375% notes due 2017 at 98.582 percent of face value. Shares of Gannett rose 1% during early Wednesday trading.
