9/30/2009 - Teleflex Inc (NYSE:TFX) said Wednesday that CFO Kevin Gordon has resigned from the company for personal reasons. Gordon will step down from his position on January 15. The company is beginning the process of searching for a replacement. Shares of TFX are down more than 1% during early Wednesday trading.
