LSI Industries (NASDAQ:LYTS) said Tuesday that it has received a contract worth between $22 and $23 million to upgrade lighting for a national chain of gas station convenience stores. The company also announced that it has agreed to acquire ADL Technology, a maker of custom-designed circuit boards for about $13 million. Shares of LSI are up 10% today to $5.30.
