Top 5 Companies in the Retail REITs Industry With the Highest Price to Cash Flow (KIM, PEI, SKT, GTY, WRI)

Below are the three companies in the Retail REITs industry with the highest price to cash flow ratios. Often companies with the lowest ratio present the greatest value to investors.

Kimco Realty ranks highest with a a price to cash flow ratio of 285.61. Following is Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust with a a price to cash flow ratio of 154.96. Tanger Factory Outlet Centers ranks third highest with a a price to cash flow ratio of 92.58.

Getty Realty follows with a a price to cash flow ratio of 65.49, and Weingarten Realty Investors rounds out the top five with a a price to cash flow ratio of 50.19.
