Shares of Now Inc Rank the Highest in Terms of EV/EBITDA Ratio in the Trading Companies & Distributors Industry (DNOW, VRTV, TITN, LAWS, FAST)

Below are the three companies in the Trading Companies & Distributors industry with the highest enterprise value to EBITDA (EV/EBITDA) ratios. EV/EBITDA is an important metric used in valuing comparable companies. It is capital structure neutral and generally the lower the ratio, the more undervalued the company is believed to be.

Now Inc ranks highest with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 44.37. Following is Veritiv Corp with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 24.79. Titan Machinery ranks third highest with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 24.29.

Lawson Products follows with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 19.83, and Fastenal Co rounds out the top five with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 18.17.
