Top 5 Companies in the Airlines Industry With the Highest Level of Cash (UAL, DAL, LUV, LFL, ALK)

Below are the three companies in the Airlines industry with the highest cash equivalents (CE). Analysts use CE as a measure to compare the cash cushion of companies in the same industry.

United Continental Holdings ranks highest with a CE of $6,000. Delta Air Lines is next with a CE of $4,000. Southwest Airlines ranks third highest with a CE of $3,000.

Lan Airlines follows with a CE of $2,000, and Alaska Air Group rounds out the top five with a CE of $1,000.
