Highest EV/EBITDA Ratio in the Communications Equipment Industry Detected in Shares of Sonus Networks (SONS, SHOR, INFN, EMKR, CMTL)

Below are the three companies in the Communications Equipment industry with the highest enterprise value to EBITDA (EV/EBITDA) ratios. EV/EBITDA is an important metric used in valuing comparable companies. It is capital structure neutral and generally the lower the ratio, the more undervalued the company is believed to be.

Sonus Networks ranks highest with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 151.41. ShoreTel is next with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 58.55. Infinera ranks third highest with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 42.65.

Emcore follows with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 30.28, and Comtech Telecommunications rounds out the top five with a an EV/EBITDA ratio of 24.06.
