Highest Enterprise Value to Sales Ratio in the Diversified REITs Industry Detected in Shares of RAIT Financial Trust (RAS, GOOD, WPC, WRE, OLP)

Below are the three companies in the Diversified REITs industry with the highest Enterprise Value (EV) to Sales ratios. EV/Sales gives investors an idea of how much it costs to buy the company's sales and the lower the ratio, the more undervalued the company is believed to be.

RAIT Financial Trust ranks highest with a EV/Sales of 12.46. Gladstone Commercial is next with a EV/Sales of 11.79. WP Carey ranks third highest with a EV/Sales of 11.57.

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust follows with a EV/Sales of 10.91, and One Liberty Properties rounds out the top five with a EV/Sales of 10.90.
