Weyerhaeuser has the Lowest EPS Growth in the Specialized REITs Industry (WY, EXR, CCI, DFT, AMT)

Below are the three companies in the Specialized REITs industry with the lowest year-over-year expected earnings per share (EPS) growth rates. The long-term growth rate is the expected annual increase in operating EPS over the next three to five years.

Weyerhaeuser ranks lowest with a EPS growth of 30.9%. Extra Space Storage is next with a EPS growth of 114.8%. Crown Castle International ranks third lowest with a EPS growth of 483.9%.

DuPont Fabros Technology follows with a EPS growth of 572.5%, and American Tower rounds out the bottom five with a EPS growth of 920.8%.
