Top 5 Companies in the Retail REITs Industry With the Lowest Price to Book Ratio (KRG, CDR, DDR, RPT, GTY)

Below are the three companies in the Retail REITs industry with the lowest price to book ratios. Often companies with the lowest ratio present the greatest value to investors.

Kite Realty Group Trust ranks lowest with a a price to book ratio of 1.26. Cedar Shopping Centers is next with a a price to book ratio of 1.48. DDR ranks third lowest with a a price to book ratio of 1.72.

Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust follows with a a price to book ratio of 1.75, and Getty Realty rounds out the bottom five with a a price to book ratio of 1.87.
