Below are the top five most-efficient companies in the Footwear industry as ranked by Revenue Per Employee (RPE). Analysts use RPE as a measure to compare the productivity of companies in the same industry.
Iconix Brand (NASDAQ:ICON) ranks first with an RPE of $2.76M; Deckers Outdoor (NASDAQ:DECK) ranks second with an RPE of $1.52M; and Steven Madden (NASDAQ:SHOO) ranks third with an RPE of $0.93M.
RG Barry (AMEX:DFZ) follows with an RPE of $0.8M and Heelys (NASDAQ:HLYS) rounds out the top five with an RPE of $0.68M.
