Top 5 Companies in the Food Retail Industry With the Lowest Revenue Per Employee (WMK, IMKTA, WFM, KR, SVU)

Below are the three companies in the Food Retail industry with the lowest Revenue Per Employee (RPE). Analysts use RPE as a measure to compare the productivity of companies in the same industry.

Weis Markets ranks lowest with a an RPE of $155,000. Following is Ingles Markets with a an RPE of $165,000. Whole Foods Market ranks third lowest with a an RPE of $249,000.

Kroger follows with a an RPE of $272,000, and SUPERVALU rounds out the bottom five with a an RPE of $451,000.
