SmarTrend Watching for Potential Rebound in Shares of American Interna After 1.55% Loss

American Interna (NYSE:AIG) traded in a range yesterday that spanned from a low of $55.05 to a high of $55.87. Yesterday, the shares fell 1.5%, which took the trading range below the 3-day low of $55.63 on volume of 2.1 million shares. Often times after large one-day declines, short-term traders may play for some degree of mean reversion.

American Interna share prices have moved between a 52-week high of $67.47 and a 52-week low of $48.41 and are now trading 14% above that low price at $55.10 per share. The 200-day and 50-day moving averages have moved 0.29% lower and 0.62% higher over the past week, respectively.
