Shares of Walter Investment Management Rank the Lowest in Terms of Price to Book Ratio in the Thrifts & Mortgage Finance Industry (WAC, OCN, PHH, ESSA, AF)

Below are the three companies in the Thrifts & Mortgage Finance industry with the lowest price to book ratios. Often companies with the lowest ratio present the greatest value to investors.

Walter Investment Management ranks lowest with a a price to book ratio of 0.22. Following is Ocwen Financial with a a price to book ratio of 0.45. PHH ranks third lowest with a a price to book ratio of 0.63.

ESSA Bancorp follows with a a price to book ratio of 0.91, and Astoria Financial rounds out the bottom five with a a price to book ratio of 0.95.
