Shares of Maui Land & Pineapple Rank the Lowest in Terms of Sales per Share in the Real Estate Development Industry (MLP, HOFD, FOR, STRS, HHC)

Below are the three companies in the Real Estate Development industry with the lowest sales per share. Sales per share is a valuable metric in comparing relative value for companies in the same industry.

Maui Land & Pineapple ranks lowest with a sales per share of $2.28. Homefed is next with a sales per share of $3.55. Forestar Group ranks third lowest with a sales per share of $6.63.

Stratus Properties follows with a sales per share of $10.75, and Howard Hughes rounds out the bottom five with a sales per share of $19.63.
