Shares of Headwaters Rank the Highest in Terms of Relative Performance in the Construction Materials Industry (HW, EXP, VMC, MLM, CRH)

We looked at the Construction Materials industry and measured relative performance to find the top stocks. Relative outperformance is a bullish sign of underlying fundamental and technical strength. We look at yesterday's price action of all companies in this peer group.

Headwaters (NYSE:HW) ranks first with a gain of 2.46%; Eagle Materials (NYSE:EXP) ranks second with a gain of 2.33%; and Vulcan Materials (NYSE:VMC) ranks third with a gain of 2.30%.

Martin Marietta Materials (NYSE:MLM) follows with a gain of 2.04% and CRH (NYSE:CRH) rounds out the top five with a gain of 0.44%.
