Shares of CBL & Associates Properties Rank the Lowest in Terms of Price to Sales Ratio in the Retail REITs Industry (CBL, PEI, CDR, IRC, RPT)

Below are the three companies in the Retail REITs industry with the lowest price to sales per share ratios. Often companies with the lowest ratio present the greatest value to investors.

CBL & Associates Properties ranks lowest with a a price to sales ratio of 1.94. Following is Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust with a a price to sales ratio of 3.49. Cedar Shopping Centers ranks third lowest with a a price to sales ratio of 3.77.

Inland Real Estate follows with a a price to sales ratio of 5.20, and Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust rounds out the bottom five with a a price to sales ratio of 5.63.
