Relatively Low Price to Sales Ratio Detected in Shares of Brookfield Asset Management in the Diversified Real Estate Activities Industry (BAM, ALEX, CTO, TRC, JOE)

Below are the three companies in the Diversified Real Estate Activities industry with the lowest price to sales per share ratios. Often companies with the lowest ratio present the greatest value to investors.

Brookfield Asset Management ranks lowest with a a price to sales ratio of 1.71. Following is Alexander & Baldwin with a a price to sales ratio of 2.86. Consolidated-Tomoka Land ranks third lowest with a a price to sales ratio of 8.50.

Tejon Ranch follows with a a price to sales ratio of 9.69, and St. Joe rounds out the bottom five with a a price to sales ratio of 15.88.
