Below are the three companies in the Semiconductor Equipment industry with the highest Revenue Per Employee (RPE). Analysts use RPE as a measure to compare the productivity of companies in the same industry.

Tessera Technologies ranks highest with a an RPE of $1.3 million. Following is Lam Research with a an RPE of $782,000. Applied Materials ranks third highest with a an RPE of $662,000.

Veeco Instruments follows with a an RPE of $605,000, and Ultratech rounds out the top five with a an RPE of $495,000.
