Below are the top five companies in the Office REITs industry as measured by relative performance. This analysis was compiled based on yesterday's trading activity as we search for stocks that have the potential to outperform.
BioMed Realty Trust (NYSE:BMR) ranks first with a gain of 0.28%; Duke Realty (NYSE:DRE) ranks second trading unchanged; and Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP) ranks third trading unchanged.
Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE:OFC) follows with a loss of 0.08% and Boston Properties (NYSE:BXP) rounds out the top five with a loss of 0.11%.
