Below are the top five companies in the Semiconductor Equipment industry as measured by relative performance. This analysis was compiled based on yesterday's trading activity as we search for stocks that have the potential to outperform.
MEMC Electronic Materials (NYSE:WFR) ranks first with a gain of 2.75%; Ultratech (NASDAQ:UTEK) ranks second with a gain of 1.76%; and Nanometrics (NASDAQ:NANO) ranks third trading unchanged.
Advanced Energy Industries (NASDAQ:AEIS) follows with a loss of 0.29% and Tessera Technologies (NASDAQ:TSRA) rounds out the top five with a loss of 0.71%.
