Lowest Return on Equity in the Retail REITs Industry Detected in Shares of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PEI, CDR, KRG, DDR, ROIC)

Below are the three companies in the Retail REITs industry with the lowest return on equity. The ROE is a general indication of the company's efficiency; investors usually look for companies with ROEs that are high and are growing.

Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust ranks lowest with a ROE of -999.5%. Cedar Shopping Centers is next with a ROE of -41.3%. Kite Realty Group Trust ranks third lowest with a ROE of 7.0%.

DDR follows with a ROE of 125.6%, and Retail Opportunity Investments rounds out the bottom five with a ROE of 294.4%.
