Lowest Relative Performance in the Biotechnology Industry Detected in Shares of Metabolix (MBLX, AMAG, MNTA, SVNT, ALKS)

Below are the top five companies in the Biotechnology industry as measured by lowest relative performance. This analysis was based on yesterday's trading activity as we search for stocks that could be relative bargains.
Metabolix (NASDAQ:MBLX) ranks first with a loss of 13.16%; AMAG Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:AMAG) ranks second with a loss of 12.54%; and Momenta Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:MNTA) ranks third with a loss of 8.41%.
Savient Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:SVNT) follows with a loss of 3.1% and Alkermes (NASDAQ:ALKS) rounds out the top five with a loss of 2.83%.
