Look for Shares of Verizon Communic to Potentially Pullback after Yesterday's 1.16% Rise

Verizon Communic (NYSE:VZ) traded in a range yesterday that spanned from a low of $48.31 to a high of $48.95. Yesterday, the shares gained 1.2%, which took the trading range above the 3-day high of $48.46 on volume of 4.1 million shares. Often times after large one-day gains, short term traders will seek to take profits and, as such, investors should be cautious.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of Verizon Communic have traded between a low of $42.80 and a high of $56.95 and are now at $48.90, which is 14% above that low price. In the last five trading sessions, the 50-day moving average (MA) has remained constant while the 200-day MA has remained constant.
