Highest Forward Earnings Yield in the Soft Drinks Industry Detected in Shares of Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE, KO, PEP, DPS, COKE)

Below are the three companies in the Soft Drinks industry with the highest forward earnings yields. Using projected earnings for the current fiscal year, the forward earnings yield is useful to compare a stock's return vs. owning a similar stock or other yield assets (e.g. bonds). Coca-Cola Enterprises ranks highest with a forward earnings yield of 7.2%. Following is Coca-Cola with a forward earnings yield of 4.4%. PepsiCo ranks third highest with a forward earnings yield of 4.2%.

Dr Pepper Snapple follows with a forward earnings yield of 4.1%, and Coca-Cola Bottling Co Consolidated rounds out the top five with a forward earnings yield of 3.5%.
