Fortinet is Among the Companies in the Systems Software Industry With the Highest Forward P/E Ratio (FTNT, CVLT, ALLT, RHT, SYMC)

Below are the three companies in the Systems Software industry with the highest forward price to earnings (P/E) ratios. Forward P/E uses estimated earnings to compare relative value among companies in the same industry. Generally, the lower the forward P/E, the more undervalued a company is believed to be.

Fortinet ranks highest with a a forward P/E ratio of 48.34. Following is CommVault Systems with a a forward P/E ratio of 47.07. Allot Communications ranks third highest with a a forward P/E ratio of 37.81.

Red Hat follows with a a forward P/E ratio of 34.42, and Symantec rounds out the top five with a a forward P/E ratio of 20.22.
