E-House China is Among the Companies in the Real Estate Services Industry With the Highest Gross Margin (EJ, ZIPR, CBG, FSRV, GBE)

Below are the top five companies in the Real Estate Services industry as ranked by gross margin. Gross Margin tells you how many of your sales dollars are profit. If efficiency is improved, more profits will result.
E-House China (NYSE:EJ) has gross margin of 72.5%, a sales growth of 117.7%, and trailing 12 months sales of $338.2 million.
ZipRealty (NASDAQ:ZIPR) has gross margin of 40.6%, a sales growth of 18.8%, and trailing 12 months sales of $127.2 million.
CB Richard Ellis Group (NYSE:CBG) has gross margin of 40%, a sales growth of 15.2%, and trailing 12 months sales of $4.3 billion.
FirstService (NASDAQ:FSRV) has gross margin of 36.5%, a sales growth of 11.5%, and trailing 12 months sales of $1.7 billion.
Grubb & Ellis (NYSE:GBE) has gross margin of 2.1%, a sales growth of 8.4%, and trailing 12 months sales of $543.7 million.
