Costco Wholesale Set to Possibly Rebound After Yesterday's Selloff of 1.85%

Costco Wholesale (NASDAQ:COST) traded in a range yesterday that spanned from a low of $183.70 to a high of $189.01. Yesterday, the shares fell 1.8%, which took the trading range below the 3-day low of $184.22 on volume of 1.5 million shares. Often times after large one-day declines, short-term traders may play for some degree of mean reversion.

Costco Wholesale share prices have moved between a 52-week high of $199.88 and a 52-week low of $142.11 and are now trading 30% above that low price at $184.24 per share. Over the last five market days, the 200-day moving average (MA) has remained constant while the 50-day MA has remained constant.
