Below are the top five cash rich companies in the Health Care Technology industry as ranked by Cash Equivalents (CE). Analysts use CE as a measure to compare the cash cushion of companies in the same industry.
Cerner (NASDAQ:CERN) ranks first with CE of $608.91M; SXC Health Solutions (NASDAQ:SXCI) ranks second with CE of $313.24M; and Omnicell (NASDAQ:OMCL) ranks third with CE of $180.61M.
Vital Images (NASDAQ:VTAL) follows with a CE of $135.6M and Phase Forward (NASDAQ:PFWD) rounds out the top five with a CE of $133.02M.
