Below are the top five companies in the Residential REITs industry as measured by relative performance. This analysis was compiled based on yesterday's trading activity as we search for stocks that have the potential to outperform.
American Campus Communities (NYSE:ACC) ranks first with a gain of 0.23%; UDR (NYSE:UDR) ranks second with a gain of 0.11%; and Mid-America Apartment Communities (NYSE:MAA) ranks third with a gain of 0.04%.
Equity Lifestyle Properties (NYSE:ELS) follows with a loss of 0.01% and BRE Properties (NYSE:BRE) rounds out the top five with a loss of 0.18%.
