Alaska Communications Systems (NASDAQ:ALSK) ranks first with a gain of 1.27%; Telecom Italia (NYSE:TI.A) ranks second with a gain of 0.43%; and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone (NYSE:NTT) ranks third with a loss of 0.29%.
