Below are the top five most-efficient companies in the Aerospace & Defense industry as ranked by Revenue Per Employee (RPE). Analysts use RPE as a measure to compare the productivity of companies in the same industry.
AerCap Holdings (NYSE:AER) ranks first with an RPE of $3.33M; Cubic (NYSE:CUB) ranks second with an RPE of $1.04M; and American Science & Engineering (NASDAQ:ASEI) ranks third with an RPE of $0.65M.
GeoEye (NASDAQ:GEOY) follows with an RPE of $0.57M and Astrotech (NASDAQ:ASTC) rounds out the top five with an RPE of $0.43M.
